Your AI Chief of Staff
One assistant that knows your priorities, your projects and the people you work with. It reads your meeting transcripts, your files and your email, prepares your day each morning, drafts replies and keeps a list of what is still open.
We build it in Claude Code on your own laptop, around the tools you already use. The aim is to have the first version working by the end of session one, and to spend the rest of the month extending it on your work.
We start where you are
There is no fixed curriculum. The intake before session one tells me where you are with Claude and what is worth your four sessions. Most people head in one of three directions.
Claude, set up properly
Claude Code installed and configured, standing instructions it follows in every conversation, skills for the work you repeat, and your history moved over from ChatGPT.
Work on a schedule
A morning brief, a weekly digest, research that lands before a meeting. Connected to your email, calendar and files so it works without you asking.
Your own agent or tool
A small dashboard or internal tool, a connection to your own data, or an agent you can message from your phone.
Sessions are a week apart, so where sessions two to four go depends on how your first week of using it went.

An intake form before session one
A short form, no extra call. It tells me what you use today and what you want off your plate, so session one starts on the right thing.
Four 1:1 working sessions
Ninety minutes each, a week apart, on Google Meet. In Chennai they can be in person. We build on your laptop, and I explain each piece as we go.
WhatsApp support for the month
Message me between sessions when something breaks or you want to add a new piece.
Session recordings
Every session recorded, so you can go back to what we did and repeat it on new work.

How it works
Book a scoping call and fill in the intake
Fifteen minutes to check this fits, then a short form so I come to session one prepared.
Session one: start where you are
That might be setting Claude up properly, or going straight into the first version of your chief of staff.
Sessions two to four: build on a week of use
You come back having used it on your work. Each session fixes what drifted and adds the next piece.
Keep a system you own
It lives on your laptop and your accounts. With the recordings and the guide, you can keep extending it after the month ends.
Do I need to know Claude, or how to code?
No. Some people arrive with a Claude account they have never opened, others use it daily and want more from it. Claude Code writes the code, and I set it up with you.
Is this training, or do we set things up?
Both. We build your system together on your laptop, and I explain what each piece does so you can maintain and extend it yourself.
I use Outlook. Can it read my email?
Yes. Depending on your Claude plan and your company's settings, we either connect it directly or export your mail to a folder on a schedule for Claude to read. Gmail and Google Drive connect directly.
Where does my data go?
Your files stay on your laptop. When Claude works on a file, its content goes to Anthropic for processing under the terms of your Claude plan. I show you which files it reads, and you decide what it can see.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
Yes, from Anthropic. We pick the plan that fits how much you will use it.
Can I bring someone from my team?
The Executive 1:1 is for one person. If your team needs it, tell me on the scoping call and we will plan something for the group.
What happens after the month?
You keep everything we built. If you want more sessions later, we can add them.
How do timezones work?
I move slots around for India, Europe and the US. We pick a window that suits both of us.
